Drew is a security professional with 25 years of experience, having most recently served as a Chief Security Officer for SpaceX, Honeywell, and CME Group. Before joining the private sector, Drew spent 16 years working for the U.S. Government and 9 years on active duty for the U.S Coast Guard. Leveraging his experience, Drew aims to transform how proprietary data is controlled and used internally and outside of native networks.
Charles is a technologist with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Tractiv, he served as the SVP of Strategic Partnerships and Sales Engineering at CJC, a company that develops technology solutions for financial firms. He also spent 14 years as a global engineer and architect at UBS, where he developed and implemented new technologies that utilize machine learning, big data, FPGA, and blockchain.
Trevor is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois, a former active-duty member of the United States JAG Corps as well as a part of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Prior, he was an attorney for CME Group where he administratively prosecuted commodities futures’ violations. He graduated from Catholic University of America in 2000, the John Marshall Law School in 2003 and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University in 2017.
David is a technology innovator with 20 years of experience developing strategies for business growth in financial, healthcare, and cyber technologies. He served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Eclypses and Secure Cloud Systems, and was the co-founder of TransCertain, where he coinvented and patented security technologies. Prior to this, he was a pioneer in Check21 and payment technologies directly connected to the Federal Reserve and to the backbone of the card association.
Malika’s career took her from marketing in aerospace to management consulting with focus on financial services. She spent several years in nonprofit management and is using her LA experience to focus on Tractiv’s media and entertainment clients. Malika is a graduate of Oxford University with a Masters in Management Studies.
Mark was President of Moody's Analytics for 30 years which comprises Moody's KMV, Moody's Economy.com and analytical products produced by Moody's Investors Service, the rating agency. Prior, he served in Marketing and in Regional Economics for Chase Econometrics, a consulting subsidiary of The Chase Manhattan Bank. Mark has a BA from St. Joseph's University and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
With over 20 years of market data management experience, Bernardo Santiago's focus is in cost management, alternative vendor selection, contract analysis and negotiations. Previously, Bernardo held senior market data management roles at Franklin Templeton, Hutchin Hill, RBC Capital Markets, ITG, Wellington Management and WestLB AG. Bernardo holds a bachelor of business administration in Management Information Systems from Pace University in New York and a Master in business administration from Florida International University in Florida.
Jeff is a Co-Founder and CEO at Metacurio, a full-service Web 3 strategy company that works with global brands and talent looking to enter the world of Web 3. Prior to that, he served as Co-Founder of Block Squared Capital, as well as an advisor to numerous blockchain companies. His career also includes executive leadership roles in companies such as HCL Technologies and Zensar, as well as a successful IPO and exit with GSS Infotech.
Mary Ellen is a marketing and brand management executive with extensive experience in entertainment, licensing, and consumer packaged goods. Throughout her career she has successfully developed, grown, and renewed some of the world’s biggest brands at Warner Bros., NBCUniversal, and Mattel. Mary Ellen received her BSBA from Georgetown University and her MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Steve has had an extensive career as a senior executive in Capital Markets, Trading and Financial Technology with young and mature companies. His experience includes building up companies such as Plural (Dell Professional Services) where he was Chief Operating and Chief Strategy Officer and creative uses of technology to enhance businesses at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets where he was First Vice President Global Equity Markets Technology, Business Manager Equity Markets and Director, Institutional Marketing. Steve currently is Chair of the Board for the Global LEI Foundation, CEO of SHGB, LLC, Senior Advisor to Global Futures Group and CFO of Smart World Productions, LLC.
Scott has worked behind the scenes marketing Hollywood brands for 20 years. His innovative approach helped launch American Idol at FOX and steered many Warner Bros. brands through their product lifecycle. He directs his energy to the most promising products, and that’s why he’s working with Tractiv now. Scott received his BS in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and his MBA from the University of California, Riverside. He most recently leveled up his skills at the Harvard School of Continuing Education by participating in an Artificial Intelligence in Business program.
Charles brings over 20 years of experience in tech-startup and Life Science/Biotech, with deep business and entrepreneurial acumen gained through multiple roles leading a tech-enabled company. Prior to working at Hexos, Dr. Pemble served as a sales leader for Rigaku Americas Corporation, a high-tech company that manufactures complex scientific instrumentation used to observe molecules at the atomic-scale. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Wake Forest University Medical Center.
Chris Hayter is an Associate Professor at the Arizona State University (ASU) School of Public Affairs where his research and teaching focuses on entrepreneurship, technology commercialization, and public policy. Chris is also the evaluation lead for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s I-Corps Node. Prior to joining ASU, he served as Executive Director of the Policy Evaluation and Transformation Group at the New York Academy of Sciences where he led the Academy’s work in entrepreneurship and technology development. He holds a Ph.D. from George Washington University in Science and Technology Policy and Economics.
Craig is a Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sk3w Technologies, a start-up company providing latency standardization hardware and services to global financial exchanges which he founded after serving as Chief Growth Officer at Trading Technologies. Prior, he was the Managing Director of Market Technology and data services at CME Group, director of Global Infrastructure at Citadel Investment Group, CTO at ShopperTrak RCT & BlueMeteor Inc, as well as several senior architecture, technology and strategy development positions. Mohan holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
